Experion partnered with a leading fast-food chain in Australia to re-engineer its legacy restaurant-management system. The client has been offering fast food through several outlets utilizing a franchise-based business model across Australia.


The Challenge

The client relied on legacy systems for its restaurant management. Considering the fierce competition in their field, and ever-evolving customer preferences, they sought to re-engineer their legacy systems with the latest technologies to improve operational efficiency, ensure superior customer services, and increase their sales and revenue.

The Solution 

A team of solution experts and engineers from Experion collaborated with the client to understand their business objectives and formulated a strategic action plan. 

We then went on to design and develop a comprehensive restaurant management system. This system helped the client streamline the entire restaurant business operations – from optimized inventory management to loyalty management to providing meaningful and actionable analytics. It also offers accurate forecasting of the food items to be ordered, prepared using an algorithm based on real-time analysis of orders and historical trends and patterns. 

The system reduced redundant tasks by automating stock management and proactively forecasting raw materials needed based on the usage and order patterns, thus improving the operational efficiency. The new system was designed to integrate with any third-party tools and scalable to accommodate future technology up-gradation without complexity. The system also offers simple and actionable dashboards and reports to manage the day-to-day operations smoothly and efficiently.
